And then we received this email apology. Is confusion the right word here? Of course, Amazon's "technical glitch" went viral.

I made one trip to the American Girl store in New York with my niece and that apparently triggered baby stuff. I get catalogs from American Girl of course, but then I started getting Babies 'R' Us stuff too? Guys you're way off on your audience. Way, way off.
