First it was gas pipelines, then meat plants. Today, the latest ransomware attack has hit the ferries to Martha's Vineyard and Nantucket.
According to the Vineyard Gazette, "The Steamship Authority was hit by a ransomware attack early Wednesday morning that reverberated across ferry line operations, causing the website to crash, pausing vehicle reservations, and hampering credit card systems."
A day later – or is it a millennium later!? – systems are still down.
